Inaguration of Quartly Odia Children’s Magazine “Aam Kunakuni” Summer Issue.

Talcher (Dt.29.04.2024) – The quarterly children’s magazine “Aam Kunakuni” published from Talcher has been launched by Bishub Nirak. The 22nd convocation ceremony of the Odisha Children’s Literature Writers’ Conference held at Khannagar Government High School in Cuttack was presided over by the President of the institution, Dr. Maheshwar Mohanty. Senior children’s literature dr.Nityananda Swain was the inaugural speaker, Professor Suryamani Behera was the chief guest, prominent Nepali children’s literature writer and General Secretary of Nepal Bal-Sahitya Samaj Mr.Vijay Raj Acharya was the special guest, and Professor Dr. Narendra Prasad Das was the chief speaker. The Vice President of the Institute, Professor Aditya Pratap Dhal, Divya Jyoti Pani, and children’s writer Govinda Chandra Chand were also present as prominent guests. On this occasion, the guests launched the quarterly children’s magazine Aam Kunakuni’s Summer Issue. The editor of the magazine, Mr.Bibhuti Bhushan Swain, and senior member of Maa Hingula Library, Mr.Panchanan Behera, were also present at the event. While the writings of many renowned children’s writers of Odisha, as well as many new and talented writers, have found a place in Aam Kunakuni’s Bishub Issue, the attractive cover and beautiful layout will be appreciated by children and teenagers, said the editor, Mr.Bibhuti Bhusan Swain.
